Overview
Blacklist is the per-client suppression workspace. Six manual tabs cover Domains, Emails, Unsubscribes, Phones, Ignored Inbox, and Undeliverable. The separate Meeting Suppression tab shows live, read-only matches derived from contacts in Meeting set or Meeting held. Company-owned email domains are matched directly; generic mailbox domains are matched to a normalized company name. Automatic matches are separate from permanent blacklist rows and are never saved as manual entries. Use the manual tabs to search, add, remove, import from CSV, or download the full list. This is separate from the global blacklist, which applies across all clients.
How to use this page
Review automatic meeting suppression
Open the Meeting Suppression tab to review automatic meeting suppression. It is a separate, read-only tab with its own active-match count and table when the client setting is enabled. Each match identifies the company domain or normalized company name, the booked contact that supports it, the contact status, and meeting timing. These derived matches are separate from manual blacklist records and are not saved as rows. If there are no matches, the tab says so; if the setting is off, it shows that state.
Pick the type to manage
Use the tabs to choose what you are suppressing. Domains blocks every contact at a company domain. Emails blocks single addresses. Unsubscribes tracks opt-outs. Phones blocks numbers from calling. Ignored Inbox hides noisy senders from inbox triage. Undeliverable holds addresses known to bounce. Meeting Suppression is a separate read-only tab for live meeting-derived matches. Each tab shows its own count.
Add an entry
In the Add row, type the value (the placeholder shows the expected format, such as example.com or an email address) and press Enter or click Add. For Domains, Emails, and Phones you can also add an optional reason. A toast confirms the entry and the tab count goes up.
Search within a tab
Type in the search box and press Enter or click the search icon to find entries in the current tab. The result summary shows how many matched; click Clear search to return to the recent list.
Import a list from CSV
Click Import CSV and choose a .csv file to add many entries at once. A toast reports how many were added and how many duplicates were skipped.
Download or remove entries
Click Download CSV to export the current tab's full list. To remove one entry, use its trash action in the table and confirm; once removed, future outreach is no longer blocked for that value.
What the buttons do
- Automatic meeting suppression
- The read-only Meeting Suppression tab shows live matches derived from Meeting set or Meeting held contacts. It shows the domain or normalized generic-domain company match and the booked contacts supporting it; there is no add or delete action here.
- Tabs (Domains / Emails / Unsubscribes / Phones / Ignored Inbox / Undeliverable / Meeting Suppression)
- Switch between the six manual suppression types and the Meeting Suppression tab. Each tab shows its own count; Meeting Suppression is read-only.
- Add
- Adds the typed value (and optional reason) to the current tab. Enter also works.
- Search
- Finds entries matching your text within the current tab. Enter also runs it.
- Clear search
- Drops the search and shows the recent entries again.
- Import CSV
- Bulk-adds entries from a .csv file and reports how many were added versus skipped as duplicates.
- Download CSV
- Exports the current tab's full list as a CSV file.
- Remove (trash)
- Removes a single entry after a confirmation. That value is no longer suppressed afterward.
